EP8: ”Hope Embraced Me”

Wyn and Kate sit down to a deeply beautiful and emotional conversation with Sarah Sylvester.  Sarah shares how her innocent misunderstanding of thought culminated in a type of “breakdown” before she began to see what’s really on offer under all the noise.  She was led by hope into a completely new life experience.

 

Sarah's Bio

Sarah struggled throughout her adult life with anxiety, feeling constantly overwhelmed and like a “human imposter”.   After waking up to a morning epiphany that pointed to a quiet universal space, her life started to change. Now, as a Transformative Coach with a practice aptly named A Place of Space, she shares her insights with others in the hope that they can realize the beauty of what's on offer with the next occurring magical thought.
