Peat lands could become biofuels new economy

Peat power stations could be saved by converting to biofuels, according to Sean Kelly. The European Parliament is expected to vote through a €17.5 billion fund to help industries shift away from fossil fuels. Sean Kelly believes in Ireland some of the money could be used to convert peat areas to grasses and forests to be used for biofuels.
