No More People Pleasing - An Interview with Dr. Alison Agliata

The Someone Gets Me podcast is a place for talented and sensitive people who are searching to be understood in life and business. In this episode, I interview Alison Agliata. Along with her PhD in Clinical Psychology, Allison holds a certification in Advanced Educational Leadership from Harvard University, and is board certified in Executive Coaching from the Institute of Life Coaching.  Dr. Agliata began her career in the United States Air Force as a military psychologist and then fell into the field of education and administration.  Due to her diverse background, she has a wide range of expertise related to developing strong communication and managements skill, team building, and strategic planning.
