Lynn Murphy: Understanding how you personality effects your relationships

I meet the coolest people when I go to conferences and workshops - which I do frequently. Lynn Murphy captured my attention when we began to discuss her personality profiling business and how it helps people better understand their tendencies in the workplace. Of course, I immediately went another direction and thought how this could help people in every aspect of theirs lives with a focus on home and relationships.

Enter the DISC personality profile assessment. DISC stands for: Dominance, Influence, Conscientiousness and Steadiness. In layman's terms, DISC is a non-judgemental tool used for discussing people's behavioral differences.
