Shamanic Journey - Ignite Your Purpose #IYP 156
Yesterday Max and I began our Shamanic Journey of discovery to learn our spirit animals, how they guide and protect us from being drained of our life force.
To protect the pot of energy which we are born with - Traditional native Indians say that it cannot be topped up.
The Shamanic Journey is the ancient method of the shaman that can be used by everyday people for healing, personal growth, and to connect with nature.
So that we use universal energy rather than our life force to promote health, love and wellbeing. Our spirit animal is how we use this universal energy.
