If you're as lazy as I am, then you probably have no extra energy to put in to anything during the M-F than you already are; which includes even the easiest of tasks like cleaning your lululemon bag, or peeling a carrot when you're hungry. That is why, if you care about living your best + healthiest life, you MUST use your weekends to prepare for the week ahead so that you can be as lazy as possible when it really counts.
