Jim Segala and the scientific hunt for the phenomenon

with over 30 years of experience in the scientific and engineering fields designing and building complex experimental systems. Dr Segala holds a PhD in physics as well as advanced degrees in engineering. For over 9 years Dr Segala was an active researcher at the Institute for advanced studies at Austin where he performed experiments in the area of quantum entanglement, quantum Optics, vacuum polarization, and neurobiology. 

Skinwalker Ranch Scientist, Dr. Jim Segala PhD, presents the results of his double-blind 3-year research study into very high electromagnetic and gamma radiation bursts that coincide with people experiencing sightings of UAP, Orbs (some with photographs) and other paranormal phenomena near and inside their homes and other locations.
