Against Our Better Judgement~

Ohh boy ohh boy! You know those time's when you should probably just shut the phuck up...but you don't! Well, that's what we chat about today.

John Barrett tells his tale's of just even today how he went against his better #judgement and still went ahead with his #decision, some minor and some major but non the less we try to get to the bottom of the why?

Why even though we have paused and are very aware of what we are about to do and or say...we still do it anyway.

Myself I went through the same type of issue this week when I was out numbered in a gathering and we started talking health...even though I knew everyone's #education and background on the #HEALTH topic we were discussing...I just could not keep my mouth shut and had to put my 2 cent's in!

Where did that get me by the way?!! No Where ~

I ask John on the real tip and in all #honesty why did you do what you did...and from there we try to peal back the onion that is our own #self #awareness and why we went through with that decision.

Was it our #intent or was it our #ego...maybe bravado?
