For this episode, I invited poet Noi Lelek to share her story of healing trauma through the art of writing poetry. Noi wrote a poetry book titled "All My Favorite Men are Dead. " During our conversation, Noi shares her creative process, connecting with her inner child, gratitude, and more. Trigger Warning: Sexual assault and suicidal thoughts are discussed.
