Deep Work #1 - Busyness can be the death of your business

We leave in a world where we are constantly bombarded with people, entertainment options, and algorithms fighting for our attention. Unfortunately, when you are trying to grow a business these can become barriers to your success. You only have so much mental bandwidth, energy, and willpower, all of which can be stolen by these distractions. If you are overcome all of this to reach the level of success you desire, you must develop the skills to power through these distractions and focus on the tasks that most affect your business growth.
