In 1944, the war was at its height, but some nations were still neutral, among them, Turkey. One evening in March, an attaché of the German Embassy in Ankara, a man named Moesch, was about to enter his quarters when a stranger appeared from out of the shadows. The stranger says "don't raise your voice. Meet me in your office". Moesch says "who are you, and what do you want?" The stranger says "don't be a fool, I have brought you the opportunity of a lifetime. I am in possession of seven British documents marked "Most Secret", and the price for these documents is 20 thousand English pounds sterling. Moesch says "20 thousand pounds! Who are you?". The stranger says "I am a spy, obviously."
