A Lesson on ”When Life Feels Like a Struggle”

Believe me, I've been there. The times in life when you question, "why is this happening to me?" You wonder if this whole thing is all a joke, and when the punch line is going to drop. Or, you even get to a point where you laugh at the ridiculousness of it all. That is what today's episode is for. If you're going through a challenge, or two, or one hundred, this one's for you. It's meant to remind you that you're not alone, and also share a few tips to keep in mind while you're going through it.
