Hello Epilepsy community! Caregivers, warriors, allies! It is Purple Sneaker Saturdays! Every Saturday! We are a movement support group healing and releasing trauma through  movement. It's easy to join us! Just put on some sneakers (if you have purple, all the better), grab your ear buds and water, turn on the podcast and begin.
