Anisah Amat is a writer a poet,  world traveller and meditator.. Anisah believes a part of her purpose is to guide women to, not only recognizing the light within them, but also recognizing the power within their voice. She encourages women that it is their birth right to speak up and against anything that does not serve their higher selves. She currently works as a Meditation guide for the Expectful platform; composing meditations to support women through fertility, pregnancy and motherhood. She resides in Denver with her husband and their baby girl.
