Thunder and lightning have fascinated people for thousands of years. This phenomena has been intertwined the paranormal since humans could first tell stories. This begs the question, does lighting have an effect on the paranormal? Scientists still argue exactly what causes this strange phenomena. Vic reads tales of  bizarre behavior of ball lighting that are fascinating to say the least.
