Down on his luck former wrestling superstar Randy 'The Ram' Robinson divides his time between the indie wrestling circuit, and his part time supermarket job. Looking for human connection, The Ram has a major health scare which threatens the one thing he’s good at.

 

Art imitated life on Darren Aronofsky’s The Wrestler, which pulled Mickey Rourke out of Hollywood Hell, giving the unpredictable 80s A lister, a shot at returning to his former glory.
