General Hospital spoilers reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are determined to adopt Baby Phoebe, but their past actions could create hurdles. The duo discovered Delilah Wilson unconscious and heavily pregnant, leading to an emergency C-section and Delilah's sudden death. Despite Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot)'s warning, Brook Lynn and Chase bonded with Phoebe in the NICU and decided to adopt her, with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) representing them.

GH spoilers indicate Alexis warns them that any hidden issues could disrupt the adoption process. This leaves Brook Lynn worried, especially as Chase is unaware that he's being set up by Michael Quartermaine (Rory Gibson) to appear to be cheating with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
