This week we acknowlege the evergreen elephant in all of our rooms, we are the "Adults" now, many have gotten this wake-up call by becoming parents, their parents transitioning, getting married, etc. I wanted to give perspective on what we need to prioritize and what I have learned to create more space for as I progress as a healthy adult in the life
