Today I share how I still prioritized working out through the thick of motherhood. With littles at home it is definately a challenge to schedule a workout for yourself, but for sanity sometimes it is a must.
Also I do share very clearly that I made a lot of mistakes as a new mom working to get her body back and I share what I would do differently.
I hope me sharing how I got through this season of life and how I found time to workout even with two little kids at home inspires you in some way to start making your workout time a time to replenish your soul.
