Morning Report 28 Feb 19: US stocks struggle to move higher

With one hour of trade left, US stocks are mixed. Technology stocks have snuck into positive territory while the Dow Jones is slipping for a second day. Comments from Trump’s top trade negotiator suggest the US and China are still a way off reaching a trade deal.
