After having her two girls, Tess Bell wanted to help build self-confidence in her children and yet she was crumbling inside, struggling with it herself. Others saw her as intelligent, funny and beautiful, and yet Tess struggled to believe this for herself. Can anyone else identify as being a Pleaser and Perfectionist?

Tess is on a mission to empower children, so they can form the tools needed to build a kinder tomorrow through the power of kindness, resilience, and self-worth.

If we can show kids how to be kind to themselves first, that will build a strong foundation with sharing kindness with others.
