I was fortunate to be at the Property Investor Show where I was speaking as part of a panel discussing the current challenges for HMOs. One of the other panellists was Daryn Brewer, from ProPods in Portsmouth. He has been regenerating his high street through transforming neglected buildings into valuable co-living properties. 

I spoke to him about what he's been doing since ProPods began and how the brand is unfolding. We also discussed the challenges and opportunities ahead.
