Can you ask for your interview performance feedback once you start working at a company?

Companies generally discourage interviews and managers from offering any sort of feedback at all during the interview process. But if you get a job offer and you start working at the company, can you ask for feedback on how you did during the interview at that point? Is it even worth it?
