In this week's podcast I had the privilege of spending time with a phenomenal woman, business owner, and mother Jen Medders. We talked about how she manages 2 successful businesses, a blended family of 8, and still makes time for herself.

Jen shares that before she makes any decision she asks herself these 3 questions:
Does this feed my soul?
Does this make me money?
Is this something only I can do?

Asking yourself these 3 questions will change your life so that you can be present and have it all. We all have the same 24 hours in a day, however are you spending that time moving yourself forward, your family forward, and your business forward.

Jen works as a CEO for The Allen Team at Keller Williams Realty where she has helped her team grow to be in the top 5% of agents in the area. She is also committed to helping folks grow and scale their business with a whole life/whole person approach to business coaching. She believes that with the right leverage, energy management and time block, folks can show up as their best selves in all areas of life. Jen is most proud of her work as a Mom and Bonus Mom to her blended family of 8 children. They teach her daily about humility, how to take things less seriously and how to truly have fun everyday.
