For the last 20 years I have been struggling with psychosis, and this is an introduction to how it has affected me and my family. We explore the meaning of psychosis and what family and friends can do to help someone going through a psychotic episode. In the next episode we will be exploring the sort of experiences someone may under go, and talking in more detail about my own psychotic episodes.
