After serving as an officer in the British Military in multiple operational tours, Jimmy held a variety of senior corporate roles culminating in a GM role running an 8 figure business in NZ. He then founded his own virtual coaching and facilitation business, supporting organizations to create agile, sustainable, resilient teams through changing their ways of working. Jimmy is recognized as an expert and speaker in experimental leadership and through his Ways of Working program, he runs highly engaging virtual workshops, masterminds and one-to-one sessions.

Jimmy has an MBA with distinction from AUT and a first-class honors degree in Biological Sciences with studies in the USA from Salford University. Outside of work, Jimmy loves the ocean and is a qualified scuba diving instructor. He spends the rest of his free time looking for the perfect beach house site with his partner, traveling to 70+ countries, and running to keep in shape.
