As business leaders and mentors, we are often asked what it actually takes and what does it actually look like. In our experience, there is never a ‘one size fits all’ business model. There are multiple options for agents and many differing reasons for each option. Which one bests suits you will depend on your marketplace capacity, your own personal DNA, your goals and aspirations and ultimately your current personal circumstances.
