Diane talks about inflammation and diseases like Cancer, Diabetes and Digestive issues.  The focus of this episode is on Irritable Bowel Syndrome but it extends to any disease process.  She discusses inflammatory foods that cause inflammation in the body.  This inflammation can cause fatigue, pain, digestive issues and many other symptoms.  She gives you a few relaxation strategies to calm your nervous system and settle that Fight or Flight response in your body.  Challenges and obstacles can get in the way of any goal you have but creating a support system will help you reach your goals more effectively.  And she finishes the episode with a Meditation, “Blessing Storm,” which was inspired many months ago as she prepared for a Hurricane in Miami and anxiety built up in her body.  She inspires you to take a few moments for yourself everyday using your awareness and taking action for a few minutes to release stress.
