Attacks are common in today's world. May it be cyber attack, or virus attack or physical attack or spiritual attack, Interestingly all these attacks have lots of similarities in the way the attacks are planned and carried out. These attacks don’t happen overnight, these attacks are planned and executed on human or on systems over a period of time. How do we prevent such attacks from happening or how do we recover from such attacks if happened already.----more----

Stage 3: Suppression
Stage 4: Depression
Stage 5: Oppression

Stage 7: Possession----more----- For Cyber Attack - Prevention could be installing security systems, cure can be scanning and cleaning the infection.
- For Virus Attack - Prevention may be getting vaccinated, cure can be getting enough sleep, rest and keeping dehydrated
- For Physical Attack - Prevention may be to maintain peace, love and harmony & keeping environment safe, cure maybe come to a reality and continue life
- But For Spiritual Attack - Moment you Regress, moment you realize that you are not progressing, come back to God. Cure may be get delivered by the resurrection power of Jesus.
