Dr. José Luis Punzo Diaz is a faculty member with Mexico’s National Institute of Anthropology and History in the Michoacán department. Andrea Garza is in the Ancient Israel Studies MA program at Tel Aviv University and is looking to complete a PhD in archaeology. Together they sat down with host Dr. Anna Sajecki for Episode #1 of The Global Connection podcast to reveal what archaeology can tell us about human patterns and belonging, nation-building and the way societies relate to one another.
