Little Bear’s Quiet Time relaxation practice is about slowing down and being very still. The animals, especially bears, are preparing for winter, a time to snuggle and get lots of rest. So, gather a bunch of pillows and blankets and pretend to be a little bear hibernating in a cave for a long winter’s sleep.
