Myron Gaines and Walter Weekes created a podcast that allegedly highlights men and their "empowerment over women", financial advice, and overall guidance to pickup girls in any setting. Fresh And Fit started to become popular once they started their after hours segment where they invite women to engage in conversation regarding hook-up culture, men and women's perspective on relationships and many more raunchy topics that often leaves the audience (including us) in shock. LOL, these guys are probably the most interesting duo in Youtube history and we're here for it.
