Franchise Interviews Welcomes Back Karol Mercurio
This was another historic interview from the WorldTalkRadio.com days. Having served as a Franchise Consultant for many years, a member of IFPG for a decade, and a member of the IFPG Ethics Committee, I firmly believe that IFPG holds its Consultants to a higher standard compared to other consulting organizations. Our Consultants undergo rigorous training and certification programs to enhance their skills and knowledge. They are trained to serve as consultants/guides through the due diligence process, ensuring that candidates make decisions that benefit them and their families.
I prioritize placing my candidates first, aiming to find a franchise that aligns with their skills, interests, priorities, budget, and income expectations. I am highly selective with the brands I present, choosing only those companies that candidates can fully embrace, with business models that meet their criteria. Commission is never a deciding factor for me when selecting brands; if I don’t make the right match, I won’t be paid for my services. The candidate's best interests always come first.
