Building a Relationship You Love w/ Idris Stokes: Part II

 

TK welcomes her husband, Idris Stokes, for the 2nd time around, who is an author of children’s books and a stay-at-home dad on this week's episode. Idris is here to contribute a male’s perspective on the next two pillars of healthy relationships, sex/affection and meeting expectations. Within that, the duo details the significance of understanding and meeting your partner's needs in all the ways: sexually, emotionally, physically, etc., as well as, emphasizing trust, vulnerability, quality time and nurturing the bond you have with your partner, sharing many laughs throughout.

They share their candid thoughts on the foundational element of quality time, the excitement of spending quality time with each other, even when they’re exhausted, as well as the moment they met.
