I'm excited to finally start some "fireside chats" with people that are willing to share their experiences — good, bad, or otherwise — about implementing red light therapy and/or methylene blue and/or C60 into their health regimen and what they noticed. That first person happens to be a (now) very good friend of mine, Don Bailey, whom I only met in-person back in December. In a nutshell, today's episode is a conversation about his experience implementing The Mitochondrial Triad and how it changed his life.

Don and I crossed paths due to our mutual interest in the blockchain/crypto/web3 spaces. He is personally the CEO of an up-and-coming blockchain company that emphasizes tokenization; a job, as you can imagine, that requires non-stop focus, creativity, high energy, problem solving, etc. and, of course, a lot of time spent in front of a computer screen.
