The Hope of the Now and the Not Yet in the Pit of Dispair

Jesus used the sign of healing the disabled man at the Pool of Bethesda to boldly proclaim His equality with God the Father, His authority to give life, His authority to Judge the living and the dead, and His authority as the only Way to life abundant and eternal. In today’s message, we explore the implications of these truths for daily living, in addition to the hope of the “now and the not yet” found in the pit of despair. (John 5.1-29) April 28, 2024
