Stephen Humphreys, a Georgia-based attorney who teaches law and history at a university in Kiev, Ukraine, talks with Carolyn Hutcheson of In Focus about his February digital photography exhibit, "Broken Bridges Over Ukraine," at the Johnson Center for the Arts in Troy.
