As leaders—Teaching and Ruling Elders together—called to shepherd the flock, this presentation examines the spiritual and emotional impact of the pandemic on our people, on us as leaders, and the teaching opportunities this presents. We also look at what we have discovered about working together as a Session to navigate the challenges.

Session 1 of a four-part webinar held May-June 2020. The series focused on a key challenge EPC churches have faced over the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how each could become an opportunity for greater ministry impact. Each presentation was led by EPC pastor who are themselves small (ordinary) church practitioners.
