This is What is Stopping You From Finding Your Purpose

In this episode, Adam talks about what it means to be selfish. "It's actually getting selfish. Let's leverage the word selfish, right? Cause the people that are having this issue have been in a lot of ways, selfless. I'm not saying they're totally self- serving. But they've never really been true to themselves and ask themselves what it is that they want." Adam talks about operating in this paradigm with these believes that we have to do something because someone else told us that was the right thing to do, so we decide to take the safe route. This, more times than not, leaves ous without joy, freedom, and the lifestyle we want.
