49. Empowering Spiritual Growth Through Christian Mentorship

In this episode, we discuss what Christian mentorship is, what a mentor does and does not do, and biblical examples of mentorship.

Biblical examples of mentorship include Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, and Paul and Timothy. These relationships were marked by trust, vulnerability, and a commitment to spiritual growth. Through their mentorship, the mentees were able to learn from the experiences and insights of their mentors, and they were equipped to lead and serve in their own right.

 

I also share my vulnerable story of mentorship in her life, my experiences mentoring others, and what the next steps are for all of us.
