Bob Swarup is a respected international expert and author on financial markets, speculative investing and regulation in London UK.  After receiving two masters degrees  from Cambridge University and the University of London, and a doctorate in cosmology from Imperial College London, Dr. Swarup went to work in the financial industry to manage investiments. He sat on the boards of hedge funds and private equity firms and works closely with economic think tanks and policymakers.
