Dragon on The Couch:
The Dragon spent this week watching TV on her couch. She started the newest season of Search Party (HBO), a dark comedy/mystery series about some 20-somethings trying to find a former college friend; she loves the show and recommends it. She also started the newest season of Big Mouth (Netflix), an animated show about pre-teens going through puberty which she also loves and highly recommends.
Berto on the Bed:
Berto completed Antonio Jan-deras month by watching Once Upon A Time in Mexico (Netflix), he thought it was fine. He also watched the show Wellington Paranormal (HBO), a quirky comedy about cops investigating paranormal claims, he loved it. Next, Berto watched Cheer (Netflix), a docuseries about cheerleaders in Texas. He loved the second season, which also showed another team, talked about a pedophilia scandal, and Covid. Berto also watched South Park: the Pandemic Special (HBO) and South ParQ: The Vaccination Special (HBO), both of which he absolutely loved them and, as always, felt South Park nailed it. Berto watched Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin (Paramount +), which he felt it was an OK found-footage horror film. Finally, he saw Drive Angry (Tubi), and thought it was a great Nic Cage silly action B-movie.
For this week's deep dive we watched the 1991 horror-thriller Silence Of The Lambs, currently streaming on Amazon Prime.
