When I started my podcast Real Estate Real World two years ago I simply wanted to talk to cool people and I am amazed daily at how many awesome people there are in the is crazy world. 

I came across David Fresquez a few months back in one of the top Facebook groups for the real estate industry called Lab Coat Agents and when I happened to be in the La Jolla area we said hey lets get together and chat!

The best part was we got to go hang out on the beach for a bit and have a great conversation about real estate, giving back and our dear friend Noah Mandel.
