US Close 13 Sept 16: US markets turned higher on more cautious FED comments

US sharemarkets rebounded on Monday as bargain hunters responded to Friday's big declines. A number of Federal Reserve policymakers delivered speeches on Monday, urging caution about lifting rates too quickly. The Dow Jones index regained 240 points or 1.3% after sliding by 394 points or 2.1% on Friday. The S&P 500 index rose by 1.5% and the Nasdaq gained 86 points or 1.7%.
