Since we are at the end of February, it's a good idea to check in... on our health check up!
On this week's Living and Practicing by Design with Dr. John Hayes, the doctor wanted to remind us it is OKAY if we feel like we have been slipping from our healthy habits because all we need to do is reintegrate, or begin, with small changes on a daily basis.
