Birthday Reflections

This past Thursday, on November 16th, I celebrated my 48th birthday.  Typically, I am on a beach with my feet in the sand but this year, I made the decision to spend a quiet weekend at home. My birthday began with my scheduled day at the spa, lunch with a dear friend and dinner with my husband.  Outside of the day of festivities, I had one mission to REST – Reflect Expand Surrender and Trust.  Reflect on the last 48 years, Expand my capacity to receive what God desires for me next, Surrender from my own agenda so that I can do my best but leave the results up to God and Trust that all things in this next year are working for my good. Over the weekend, I continued to REST both literally and figuratively. As a part of my birthday weekend, I spent time setting an intention for my new year and updating my vision board.  In this short but mighty episode, I let you in on my top 7 reflections.
