Channeled message about anger

This episode was channeled back in December. The interesting thing was after I channelled it they said to wait to post it until the appropriate time. NOW is the appropriate time. This message is such an eye opening understanding of anger. They use metaphors and stories to explain how anger is not only an intense emotion but rather an eye opening insight bringing you awareness. Anger can be useful but it can also be destructive. It is what you choose to do with it that determines how it moves through your life.
