about deacons serving with no eldership s3e169

This question doesn't come up very often out of pure practicality. However, it does come up some. I hope I answer whether or not deacons can be appointed in a congregation with no elders in a balanced and correct way from Scripture. Let me know what you think after you consider what I have said in the episode.
