Lead or Fade Away

A big lesson from one of my favorite burger joints about evolving your organization and leading.

While it is important to have your organization in order, eventually without trying new things your organization will disappear. 

This is why it is also important to lead your organization into new opportunities no matter how uncomfortable it may feel.
