Episode # 1166 - Weeks Of Tragedies

Everyone is here on the show today at St. Stans, including Producer Nick and his friend Kimmie too, and things are going good, unfortunately, Father Anthony's friend, a very good friend of his, sadly passed this morning at 9 AM and Father Anthony shares many fond, great, and memorable memories of their times together.  Father Anthony recently saw him last week as well, sharing those moments with everyone as well.  It's also sad because it's the 35th Anniversary of his vows he made to be in the Priesthood.  He also shares some very, tragic stories of those who either recently passed or have in the past, some by tragic suicide, some in the past few weeks.  Everyone shares how they feel and as Father Anthony points out, "everyone has a story" here with this subject matter, sad but true you could say.  On a similar topic, Father Anthony talks about the tragedy in Waco Texas with a shootout that happened yesterday at a restaurant which involved motorcycle gang and criminals, with many injured and killed, and about over a hundred arrested.  Other stories of other tragedies are mentioned too, including recent abortion cases, incidents in World War I and others, past and present.  This leads to a historical discussion of many tragedies and victories from history, involving many historical figures.
